Abigail Johnson heads Roeder-Johnson's public relations and strategic communications services. Johnson has over 20 years of experience providing executive counsel to technology and consumer companies on communications issues. Prior to co-founding Roeder-Johnson in 1989, she headed international marketing for IBI, a communications consultancy in Tokyo, Japan. From 1982-1986, Johnson was with Regis McKenna Inc, one of the foremost public relations firms in the U.S., ultimately rising to Co-Director of their Corporate and Financial Communications Group. While at Regis-McKenna, she directed the launch of such fledgling companies as Electronic Arts, Silicon Graphics, and several others now among the highest profile technology companies in the U.S.
Johnson cut her teeth in Public Relations on several Congressional and Presidential campaigns, and subsequently took over the PR reins for a Los Angeles advertising agency. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.

Steve Johnson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Roeder-Johnson Corporation, as well as its management consulting activities for early stage companies. In the latter capacity, he has frequently become involved as an interim executive at startups, taking the top marketing, financial, and/or operations responsibilities as necessary. Johnson also participates heavily in Roeder-Johnson's strategic communications activities, especially the development of positioning.
Before co-founding Roeder-Johnson Corporation, Johnson was the founding President and CEO of Silicon Compilers Far East Company, responsible for the development of all Japan and Asian operations for the well-known CAD venture. From 1982 through 1986, he served as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development for the parent Silicon Compilers, Inc, where he led the 100-person engineering team that produced the world's first commercially successful silicon compiler. In the fourteen years prior to 1982, Johnson held a succession of executive and senior management positions at Scientific Calculations, Inc.(now Harris Corporation), and Signetics Corporation, later a subsidiary of N.V. Philips.
Johnson holds a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He has published numerous articles in the U.S. and Japan, and holds a U.S. patent in integrated circuits.

Paul Michelson brings to Roeder-Johnson clients over 25 years experience in advertising and public relations for companies that include The Procter and Gamble Company (packaged goods), Cole of California (swimwear), Toshiba America (electronics), Viacom (entertainment) and McGraw-Hill (publishing). Before joining Roeder-Johnson in 1996, Michelson helped launch several high profile Web sites for a major publishing company and established key strategic cross-marketing alliances to sustain them.
He holds the Bachelor of Science, and Masters in Business Administration degrees from the University of Southern California.
