Cpacket's Monitoring Technologies Streamline Interop Network Operations

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – September 25, 2013 – cPacket Networks’ unique technologies will be used at next week’s Interop trade-show to enable real time monitoring and troubleshooting in the show’s Network Operations Center (NOC).

Specifically, the smart ports of cPacket‘s cVu traffic monitoring switches will be monitoring every bit in every packet and every flow across the entire show infrastructure. The network operation team will use the company’s centralized dashboard for unified access to granular performance information including spikes and bottlenecks in real time. InteropNet connects the show floor exhibitors and attendees with a complex lab and class environment and is comprised of advanced equipment from multiple vendors of innovative networking and data center products. cPacket’s SPIFEE dashboard provides the NOC team visual traffic representation, correlated performance metrics, and real-time alerts from the distributed deployment of the cVu devices.
